Dean Burnside Owner, President Born and raised in Dayton, OH area and Sarasota area resident since 1982. Dean earned his B.S. in Business Psychology from Miami University in 1982. Dean has been actively involved in the pest control industry since 1990, taking the reigns as the owner of Macy's in 1998. Burnside serves many purposes within the organization as the spiritual leader, including head coach, visionary, and head cheerleader/encourager. Burnside has been married to Terri Burnside since 1982 with 2 sons, Adam and Kyle. The Burnside Family has a dachshund named Minnie. Deborah Adams Controller Deb was born in the USA but raised all around the world as a military brat. She has resided in the Sarasota since the early 90’s. Deb Adams was a graduate from an American High School in Turkey, as a member of the National Honor Society. She completed Accounting and Business classes in college and has been with Macy's Termite & Pest Control since 2006. In addition, Deb is a Certified Police Officer in Texas and Certified Lay Counselor. Deb is responsible for all accounting functions of the company as well as managing the Customer Service Team. She has 2 sons: Tristan and Marcus, two daughter’s-in-law, 3 grandsons and a pet Maltese named Abby. She enjoys old movies, hiking/nature, and working out. Her volunteer work includes volunteering locally and worldwide with ministries that reach out to homeless and needy.

John Macy Company Founder, Relationship Developer John Macy founded Macy's Termite & Pest Control in 1989. He was born and raised in Iowa, and has resided in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties since 1973. Macy served in US Air Force 1960-1964. John Macy attends most community networking events and is a member of more than 10 organizations throughout the local area. He strives to develop mutually beneficial relationships among the business community and develop relationships within the organization. Mr. Macy is married to Barbara, and they share 5 children, 7 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. The Macy's have 2 pets: Tank (Yorkie) and Casey (Shiatsu). John enjoys networking and traveling.

Graham Griffiths Sales Supervisor Graham Griffiths serves as the company's sales supervisor. Graham and his team are primarily responsible for delivering the "Good News". Matt Van Landuyt was born and raised in sunny Sarasota, FL. Matt has four children. Matt is responsible for managing the service department and troubleshoots problematic service issues on a day-to-day basis. Matt played Babe Ruth baseball for Coach Dean when he was 13 years old.
