Macy’s Pest Control announces expansion into Hillsborough County

2011 proved to be a successful year for Macy’s Termite & Pest Control (www.macyspestcontrol.com), as they met all fiscal and productivity goals. In January 2012, Macy’s is up 35% over last year and is on track to reach their annual goal of $3 million. The company added a few new members to the team, rebranded their logo, enhanced the look of their website and invested strongly in social media for an integrated effect. With all of their initiatives combined, Macy’s Termite & Pest Control of Venice, FL will now be serving Hillsborough County.

“Our team never ceases to amaze me and we keep adding new, high caliber members to the Macy’s family. Our expansion into Hillsborough County was influenced by hiring our newest Residential Account Manager, Nick Kramer, who has lived there for over 10 years.” says CEO, Dean Burnside.

Nick is a true professional, with proven success following his military career with major players like Xerox, Danka and Orkin.  He is very familiar with the benefits of Green pest solutions and his value added expertise will lead the company’s way into Hillsborough.

Macy’s Termite & Pest Control has been the area’s leading Green Pest Control company serving Sarasota and Manatee counties and surrounding areas since 1989. To make the new expansion plan as effective as possible, the company will begin production and marketing in the southern portions of Hillsborough County. These areas include Sun City Center, Ruskin, Apollo Beach, Wimauma, Riverview, and Brandon as they run along the main highway (I-75) from Macy’s corporate office. As business begins to grow, Macy’s will move into new territories of Hillsborough.

“The timing of this expansion was a bit unexpected but one we knew needed to happen,” says Burnside.

“Our company has already been serving customers in those areas, but now with the right people in place, we will be able to do so more prominently and successfully,” says Burnside.

Macy’s will be announcing their company’s success of growth and development as “Good News” through social media as well as introducing Nick Kramer to their team.
