On Friday, May 4th, the Macy’s Termite & Pest Control Team was able to put one of our core beliefs into practice and provide a long-standing customer of ours with some much-needed help. Nancy gets regular pest control treatment from us, but we took the opportunity to help her in a company-wide service project with subterranean and drywood termite treatment, rodent control and organic pest control.
This community outreach also provided Macy’s with a team-building opportunity because the whole staff came out to help! We used this day not only to bless our customer, but also to cross train our employees. This means everybody at Macy’s had a chance to see what others do and learn more about it. This helps improve our customer service to you because everyone is better able to articulate what we do as a company! It was a win-win day for all involved! We can’t wait to do it all again!
